Who we are
In the 2022 IT Client Satisfaction Survey, the Stanford IT community heard loud and clear that the student technology support experience could be better. In response to the feedback, the Coalition of Student Technology Support Teams built this website as a central place to get information and help with technology at Stanford.
And, this is not just a website. Behind the scenes, the Coalition and their local teams work together to close the support seams — aligning internal operations, including call and ticket handoffs, creating cohesive support content, and much more.
Led by Learning Technology & Spaces (LTS) and University IT (UIT), the Coalition is a group convened as part of the initiative to Improve Student Technology Support Experience. The group represents organizations (see list in the sidebar) engaged in providing technology support services for students across the Stanford community.
